Came from NYC for a fun day in Pennsylvania and decided to treat myself to a facial at Elite Spa. So glad I did! Tatiana was amazing ! They were super professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She did a radio-frequency facial treatment and explained everything throughout the process. The treatment felt great, and I could really see and feel the difference in my skin afterward, it felt refreshed, smooth, and tighter. You can tell Tatiana really knows what she’s doing and takes her work seriously. Great experience from start to finish and definitely one of the highlights of my day in Pennsylvania. Highly recommend Tatiana and the radio-frequency treatment!

⭐️ 1 Star i would give less if possible! Extremely disappointing experience and very poor communication. I originally booked a Triple Lift Facial for Friday, October 9 at 10:00 AM. Because of my schedule, I moved the appointment to Wednesday that they offered and then worked with the spa to move it again to 11:00 AM. I made these changes based on the spa’s availability and rearranged my own schedule accordingly. After not receiving a clear confirmation, I reached out myself to make sure the appointment was actually confirmed. I was told it was, and then the appointment was changed yet again—from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. I adjusted my schedule accordingly. Then, less than an hour before the appointment, I received a message saying that the aesthetician was suddenly unavailable and asking me to move the appointment to 3:00 PM. I understand that emergencies happen, and I would have been understanding if this were an isolated scheduling issue. But this was multiple changes and a significant amount of back-and-forth communication, after I had already rearranged my schedule several times. A 3:00 PM appointment was not possible for me because I had to pick up my child from school. What frustrated me most was that my time and schedule seemed to be treated as though they were less important than theirs. I was repeatedly asked to accommodate changes, while I received inconsistent communication from the business. They had not a care in the world how many times they switched the day and time and the impact it caused on my own business! I ultimately decided not to reschedule. At this point, I no longer feel confident that an appointment with this business would be handled reliably. This is how you treat a potential customer? I was initially looking forward to trying this spa, but unfortunately, the scheduling experience alone was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers’ time matters too. They didn’t even try to offer any accommodation or offer to make things right even after i voiced my complaints. Horrible overall experience!

Elite spa is amazing I would highly recommend it. It's beautiful very professional Tatiana is amazing I got a facial I will definitely be back soon. The owner Tom is amazing it's a must for a facial or spa treatments.

My experience at Elite was fabulous! My facial was incredible. She used tools, and red light, oxygen mask, that I never had before. Definitely a place you want to try if you haven’t before.

I want to be honest, the treatments at ELITE aren’t cheap and they’re definitely not for everyone. I’ve tried a lot over the years, including Botox and fillers, and in the end I spent a lot of money without ever feeling fully satisfied. What surprised me here is that this is the first thing that actually made a real difference for me. The results feel much more natural. My face looks refreshed, lifted, and healthier, not frozen or overdone. After three visits, I can honestly say this has been more effective for me than anything I’ve tried before. It’s an investment, but for me it was absolutely worth it.
